1. General Terms
Guests are required to respect the property, equipment, and assets of the business.
The property is intended exclusively for tourist use, and no professional or illegal activity is permitted.
The guest is responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during their stay.
2. Rules of Conduct and Use
It is strictly forbidden to move, disassemble, or remove furniture, electrical appliances, decorative items, or other objects.
Climbing on windows, railings, terraces, balustrades, or other dangerous areas is not permitted.
Throwing objects or garbage from windows or balconies is not allowed.
Entry to non-public areas of the property is prohibited.
Guests must maintain quiet hours and respect neighbors and other guests.
3. Safety and Liability
The business bears no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur within the property or surrounding area, including but not limited to:
• Falls, slips, or injuries in bathrooms, balconies, stairs, or other areas.
• Accidents resulting from misuse of electrical appliances (e.g., oven, toaster, kettle, hair dryer, iron).
• Burns or cuts when using the kitchen or cooking utensils.
• Insect bites, allergies, or reactions from environmental factors.
Guests must inspect the property upon arrival and report any damages or issues immediately.
Parents or guardians are solely responsible for supervising their children and preventing dangerous actions.
The business is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings, money, or valuables within the property.
4. Use of Facilities and Equipment
Guests must use all facilities (electrical appliances, water heaters, kitchen, etc.) according to usage instructions.
The business is not responsible for any damage, accident, or loss resulting from incorrect or careless use of equipment.
In case of malfunction or breakdown, guests must immediately notify the property manager and not attempt repairs themselves.
5. Liability for Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, equipment, or common areas, whether intentional or due to negligence.
The business reserves the right to charge guests for the cost of repairing or replacing damages, as well as for any loss of income due to inability to rent the property.
6. Liability Exclusions
The business bears no responsibility for:
• Power, water, or internet outages caused by third-party providers.
• Weather events or natural disasters.
• Actions or omissions of third parties (e.g., neighbors, local authorities, utility companies).
7. Termination of Stay
The business reserves the right to terminate a guest's stay without compensation in case of violation of these terms or inappropriate behavior.
